PACKAGING

What types of packaging and shipping does Casa Picota offer?

High quality packaging

Casa Picota places great emphasis on good packaging for your orders. Our packaging experts use a variety of box sizes and recyclable protective materials to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping service providers

We have two main transport companies. Small and lightweight products are shipped via GLS. For heavy and oversized goods, we use TXT for delivery.

Shipping of large furniture

Large pieces of furniture have special delivery conditions. The transport company TXT will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. As a rule, delivery is made by a team of 2 people at the doorway of the desired address. For returns, we also organise collection with the same transport company.

Damage management during delivery

If damage to your property occurs during delivery, note it on the delivery note and take photos to document it. Inform the responsible logistics company and our customer service. A damage repair estimate is usually required for the damage settlement process.

Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep on weekdays between Monday and Saturday.

Return

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like the product, please use our collection service within 14 days of delivery. You have the option of conveniently delivering your return to the delivery service at your doorstep.
