Casa Picota places great emphasis on good packaging for your orders. Our packaging experts use a variety of box sizes and recyclable protective materials to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition.
We have two main transport companies. Small and lightweight products are shipped via GLS. For heavy and oversized goods, we use TXT for delivery.
Large pieces of furniture have special delivery conditions. The transport company TXT will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. As a rule, delivery is made by a team of 2 people at the doorway of the desired address. For returns, we also organise collection with the same transport company.
If damage to your property occurs during delivery, note it on the delivery note and take photos to document it. Inform the responsible logistics company and our customer service. A damage repair estimate is usually required for the damage settlement process.
